On May 10, 2018 Public organization “Enrightened” concluded the Memorandum on mutual understanding with International center for protection (Centre de la protection internationale), which ensured the partnership in pursue of the aim on protection of human rights.
The Memorandum envisages as follows:
1) preparation and submission of joint notifications on enforcement of decisions of European Court of Human Rights and opinions of the Committee of UN on Human Rights;
б) provision of expert conclusions and consultations by International center for protection to the experts of Public organization “Enrightened” on international mechanisms and laws in the field of human rights;
в) preparation and submission of applications, complaints and other filings to European Court of Human Rights, and other international judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
International center for protection – independent nongovernmental nonprofit organization on human rights. The mission of organization is assisting in development of democratic institutions and improvement of judicial and legal systems in developing countries; integration of such countries to European and world systems of international Public law; usage of international mechanisms of human rights protection, including European court of human rights; spread of knowledge and experience of such usage.
