In May 2018 Public Organization “Enrightened” has signed the Memorandum of Association with the International Center for Protection (Centre de la protection internationale), that has ensured the partnership aimed at protection of human rights.
In particular, Memorandum includes certain provisions:
1) draft and submission of joint notifications on enforcement of the European Court of Human Rights decisions or the UN Human Rights Committee opinions;
2) providing expert reports and consultations to Public Organization “Enrightened” related to the human rights international mechanisms and laws by the International Center for Protection;
3) draft and submission of statements, complaints and other applications to the European Court of Human Rights and other international judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
