“ENRIGHTENED”

Voluntary, independent, nonprofit Public Organization, established in 2015 by the specialists of Ukrainian law firm “WTS Consulting” and  KM Partners Attorney-at-law for the purpose of state building, where the supremacy of law rules.

The activities of organization are:

– Legislation
– Analysis of court practice
– Enforcement of the ECHR decisions
– European integration activity
– Trainings

OUR MISSION

Our mission is elimination of law nihilism in administration of law by governmental authorities and building of the state, where the supremacy of law rules, what will lead to the growth of Ukraine’s investment attractiveness, which every citizen will feel. Organization also consider it its mission to assist maximum deregulation and decentralization of power, transformation of state service into corruption-free activity, where the society sends the most honest representatives to perform mostly secretary functions on implementation of decisions taken by the members of community by direct voting using electronic voting in a cheap and efficient state social network.
